  1. I don't have XP or Vista.  Will the guide work for me?

    Sorry, only XP and Vista are supported at this time.

  2. How do I know whether I have XP or Vista?
    Ch    eck the lower left corner of your screen.  If you see  , then you have XP.     If you see , then you probably have Vista.

  3. What is a PDF?

    A PDF is a file format commonly used for read-only documents shared on the web.  The PDF version will be emailed to you.  The printed version will be mailed.

  4. I downloaded the PDF, but can't open it.

    You will need Adobe Reader in order to open the PDF.  Adobe Reader is available for free here.

  5. I opened the PDF, but can't print it.

    If you are unable to print, we recommend  you order the Printed Version, above.

  6. I downloaded the PDF to my infected computer.  But it's difficult to follow the instructions, since they require several reboots.

    We     recommend you download the PDF to a computer that is NOT infected, or print the instructions before you begin, or order the printed guide.

  7. When will my Guide be delivered?

    If  you ordered the PDF version, it will be emailed to you within 24 hours.  If you ordered the printed version, it will be placed in the mail the next business day, and should arrive 2-3 days later.

  8. I'm having trouble following the instructions.  Can you help?
